One Nation Under God is a national campaign marking America's 250th anniversary. Running from September 2026 through July 4, 2027, it calls on churches, synagogues, schools, households, and classrooms across all 50 states to celebrate and defend the Judeo-Christian foundation on which the United States was built.
The campaign has two parts. First, 250 congregations, preferably paired together, hold a service to honor 250 years of American liberty, with all 250 gathering at the same hour on December 20, 2026, broadcast as one national feed. Second, every American is invited to make a simple sign bearing a Star of David, a Cross, and the American flag under the words "One Nation Under God," hold it up, photograph it, and post it with the hashtags #America250 and #OneNationUnderGod250. Every photo will be displayed on a Washington, DC landmark on July 3, 2027.
This campaign is for every American of every background who believes that the liberties enshrined in the Declaration of Independence rest on a shared moral inheritance. It answers both extremes: the anti-immigrant bigotry and antisemitism rising on the far right, and the effort on the left to erase America's founding story altogether. It invites Jews and Christians to stand together again, and welcomes every faith and every culture to celebrate one nation under these values.
One Nation Under God is built and organized by the Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM), a global coalition working to counter Jew-hatred and to strengthen the shared values that bind free societies together. CAM partners with faith leaders, civic organizations, campuses, and community groups across the country to make this anniversary a moment of national renewal.
